Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the billing settings. When upgrading, the new rate takes effect immediately and you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

An event is any data point ingested into Kalleo: a log line, a metric data point, a trace span, or an error occurrence. We count raw events before any aggregation or deduplication, so you always know exactly what you're paying for.

Yes. We offer 50% off the Pro plan for the first year for startups with under $5M in funding, and a permanent 30% discount for registered non-profit organizations. Contact our sales team with proof of eligibility to get started.

We'll never stop ingesting your data or create surprise charges. When you hit your free tier limit, we'll notify you and continue collecting data for 48 hours as a grace period. After that, new events will be queued until the next billing cycle unless you upgrade.

Absolutely. Every new account starts with a 14-day Pro trial with all features unlocked. No credit card required. At the end of the trial, you can choose to continue on Pro, switch to the free Starter plan, or talk to sales about Enterprise.

Annual billing is paid upfront for the full year and gives you a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. For Pro, that means $71/seat/month instead of $89. If you add seats mid-year, the additional seats are prorated for the remaining months.

Yes. We provide full data export in standard formats (JSON, CSV, OpenTelemetry). After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion. Enterprise customers can negotiate extended retention periods.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay via invoice, wire transfer, or ACH. We also support billing through AWS Marketplace and GCP Marketplace for unified cloud billing.
